“There were parts of one video where the exact same lines was repeated once time after another another. There was also an issue with the test - i don't believe that i only got 95. For one question, the pop us said correct but also incorrect at the same time (the title of the pop up said correct but the content of the pop up said incorrect), but then the other choice was definitely incorrect and when going back and selecting the wrong answer, it said it was incorrect - how can they both be incorrect? It was a question about explaining in more detail about products and services to help reduce complaints. I also don't see how a test with 11 questions can give a score of 95%. Additionally, I disagree with the comments on the customer is right. They always have the right to complain, but if you let them think they're right even when they're not, it makes things much more difficult to handle (I have in excess of 18 years experience in complaints handling)”
